Join us in celebrating Pakistan Independence Day at Baylands Park on August 8th, from 12pm to 6pm!

Enjoy food, games for kids, kite flying, clothes vendors, and the following entertainment:

- American rock band The Resurrection Men

- Pakistani band Dastaan

So bring a kite and enjoy some food and music at PACC's Pakistan Independence Day!

Admission is free, with a parking charge of $6 per vehicle.

"Know Your Rights" Seminar by CAIR
       
CAIR will present a "Know Your Right" Seminar at PACC on Sunday August 15, 2010 at 12 -1PM. It will provide guidance about your rights. There will be time for questions from audience.

 ... when approached by police

The seminar will be conducted by Zahra Billo, CAIR San Francisco Bay Area chapter's Programs and Outreach Director. Zahra graduated Cum Luade from California State University, Long Beach with a B.S. in Human Resources Management and B.A. in Political Science. She also recently completed her law degree at the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
