			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We plan to have another Karaoke competition on Sunday April 29, 2012. Top three top winners will perform at PACC&#8217;s Basant event in late May. The rules are:</p>
<ol>
<li>No professional singers are eligible.</li>
<li>You must have sung at least twice at PACC music program in 2012 or 3 times since October 2011.  Please email <a href="mailto:info@pacc-ca.org">info@pacc-ca.org</a> if you like to take part in the competition.</li>
<li>On competition day (Dec. 11), singers will be called to sing in an order randomly determined by computer. Singers must be ready with their CD or iPod (no meragana allowed).  Once they are called there, will be given no more than 20 seconds for them to start singing. Only one restarts within first 10 seconds will be allowed.</li>
<li>There will be 3 judges who are not participating in the contest. The judges will judge all contestants on voice quality, timing (staying on the beat), key, melody and modulation.</li>
</ol>
<p>So sing in next two monthly programs (Last Sunday of February and March) and you will be eligible to participate in the competition. We will have our regular monthly Family music program on 26th at 1639A S. Main St., Milpitas, CA, 95035.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You are invited to a screening of the first ever Pakistani documentary nominated for an Oscar award will be held under the auspices of PACC on Sunday March 3rd 2-4:30 PM at PACC, 1639A S. Main St., Milpitas, CA, 95035</p>
<p>The documentary film by Oscar nominated and Emmy award winner Pakistani director Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy and two-time Oscar nominee  filmmaker Daniel Junge follows London-based Pakistani plastic surgeon, Dr. Mohammad Jawad, as he journeys to Pakistan to perform reconstructive surgery on survivors of acid violence. The screening will be followed by a presentation and Q and A with Reconstructive Surgeon Dr. Mohammed Ali Jawad. Light refreshment will be served after the screening.</p>
